Having been out of the housing market for about 17 years, I leaped back in to take advantage of the expiring $8,000 tax credit at the 11th hour. I began working with Jeremy over a year ago. He has always been very reliable and helpful. He did a fair market analysis on my home and explained the process of selling a house.
